 At this point, I started doing all of my own work (whether I knew what I was doing or not).

  • Replaced both exhaust manifold elbows

  • Replaced 3 inch exhaust hoses and a fiberglass elbow

  • Replaced circulating water pump

  • Replaced raw water pump
  • Replaced ignition coil
  • Replaced spark plugs and spark plug wires
  • Changed the oil
  • Rebuilt carburetor
  • Replaced engine belts
 The real underlying problem for rough running at higher RPM was an ignition ground on the Thunderbolt IV ignition amplifier.

 GPS lost LCD completely - Replaced fishfinder because LCD was failing (and replaced with color LCD)

  • Repaired and reinstalled prop

Started noticing gear shifting problems.

  • Replaced rudder, rudder port, and steering cable block

  • Installed 4 new dive platform supports

  • Replaced zincs on prop shaft and rudder

  • Started getting water in the fuel and had a carb jet foul

  • Moved gas tank vent to stern of boat
  • Repaired cabin hatch rollers

Used “Sea Foam” and it seemed to clean the carb somewhat.

  • Starter failed (replaced under warranty)

  • Lost flywheel teeth.  Replaced flywheel

  • Replaced bellhousing

 Water entered crankcase (I hope it was through exhaust headers).  Cleaned elbows in muratic acid
