- If you drop your reg in the rinse bucket without the dust cap, you don’t have to pay $40,
$80, or $100 dollars and lose your reg for a day, week, or month.
- You may check your IP regularly which may head off a serious failure.
- You may save money (depends on how many regulators you need to service and the
cost for labor and parts). After buying the tools you need, it could take a few years to
break even.
- You will know how to adjust your reg for peak performance.
